I am a 28 year old Masters student with 6 years SEND specialist Nanny/Support Worker experience.
| I currently have 6 years specilaist nanny experience in total, alongside my degree which also covers SEND in all concepts globally. I am trained in administering medication through a peg and emergency medication if a seizure was to occur. I am also experienced with learning programmes such as PECs and other communication devices. Due to my experience and qualifications my rate is £15ph. I understand what a child with disabilities needs to assist development and I also understand how to support and best help parents. I enjoy working as a team with families and helping where and when needed. I enjoy cooking, walking, travelling, theatre and reading. I am currently about to embark on my Masters degree in Applied Theatre with aspirations to work as a therapist with children that have SEND. I am happy to provide certificates and refernces if you are interesred.
Michelle is a very dedicated and loyal carer, well qualified and capable in her position. She has been a part of our family for almost six years, during which she provided after school care for our three children, and they love her very much. Our son has a formal diagnosis of autism, dyspraxia and dyslexia, and Michelle has been a great support in helping him with his homework. She is firm yet kind with the children and they respond very well to her. She cooks for them and manages their after school activities, she is always cheerful and impeccably reliable. We would recommend her services wholeheartedly."
