Hi, I'm a 24-year old pursuing an M.Sc in Global Mental Health. Due to personal circumstances regarding my mental health, I am taking longer than previously expected to complete my studies. I no longer have lectures, just several assignments and my master's thesis. In the meantime, I am searching for jobs to support my living here as I am from Malaysia. I have no experience in the field of caring, but have taken an interest in being a personal care assistant through reading and watching YouTube videos on various disabilities. I am definitely willing to learn and receive training in caring for adults with disabilities, preferably those in their 20s and 30s. I have a warm, friendly and cheerful personality. I am particularly sensitive to other people's needs and respect their autonomy, so I will do my best to assist you in living your best independent life. I am able to cook & prepare meals, assist you in house chores, errands, movement and anything you may need. I am also queer-friendly and enjoy talking about queerness and social justice issues. I also like music, art and having walks in nature.
