22 years ago my brother had a car accident. Damaged brain. The life of our family went upside down. Since then we have cared for him. But we wouldn’t make it without the help of many people, often complete strangers. I believe that compassion lies in our nature but sometimes it needs to be awakened. My brother’s accident was my awakening. Letting go of the past and staying in the present was the hardest change. Again, it wouldn’t happen without the help of other people. Now it’s my turn. I can’t help everyone. But maybe I can help you. I’m a qualified Massage Therapist with a Psychology background and Yoga devotee. My philosophy is “the Middle Way” so I allow myself some drinking and occasional smoking. I’m empathetic, patient, and attentive and also chilled and fun. I like to keep myself fit and I have a genuine interest in well-being. I like a good book or a movie, philosophy and psychology discussions. I enjoy playing chess.
