I live in southport so not far at all and with no commitments of my own I'm fully flexible to work around you and the children's needs With nearly 15 experience of care mostly with children starting off with being a nursery nurse, then working as a support worker caring for children with learning and physical disabilities and I've recently finished working as a senior team leader in a children's home for children with autism and challenging behaviour. As an outgoing bubbly individual who is very person centred who loves play and fun who strives on empowering independence and I believe I could be really suited for this role. | Caring and supporting children and families has been a long standing passion of mine. I have worked in paid and voluntary roles with children, young people, and families, since I was around 15 years old. I have previously worked as a play worker for Brighton Pebbles, an organisation offering weekly drop in sessions for children with SEN and their families. I have also previously worked as a carer/ personal assistant for children with special educational needs, such as autism, learning difficulties, and Down's syndrome.
