I have worked in a caring/ pa role for more than fifteen years I have looked after a paralysed lady for over a year, I have looked after several dementia clients also a lady who had suffered a stroke and a lady with MS

| HELPING HANDS I am Pete and I have worked in the care profession for over 10 years, personally for family members and also Domiciliary Care. I am fully qualified in various roles of the care industry, which also includes moving and handling. I am eager to meet you and help you with your care needs.

I have done two years in several different nurseries I have done six months with a company called play inclusion protect which is a company which specialise in special needs children I have been doing holiday clubs which is respite for children with additional needs and I am a child key worker each day. I have grown up with a child with Down's syndrome and have cared for him regularly I have also done baby sitting for four years.

I have been working for the council in Early Years SEND for 10 years. I gained a degree in Early Childhood Studies in 2010. I now feel that I would like to progress in my work and use my degree and the knowledge it has given me to move forward in my career to help more children and families.

| I has been an autism practitioner for 13 years & has a vast array of experience & knowledge within this area.i supported people not only with ASD ,in this role, but mental health issues , drug &alcohol dependency too I worked as a senior support worker and more recently a manager of a 6 person supported living service.i have extended knowledge within the positive behavioural area and has most recently completed a Positive behaviour coaches programme, which focuses on the least restrictive way to support someone with challenging behaviour whilst looking at why these behaviours occur and if they can be reduced to improve the person's quality of life. Dannee has also worked in schools alongside children with challenging emotional and learning disabilities She has also worked in a supported living service for the elderly. Providing day to day care- up to end of life care. I have Level 3 in health and social care & level 5 in leadership for health and social care. trained in PBS using PROACT-SCIPr-UK medication administration. Safeguarding. Fire safety. GDPR. MCA. Infection control. Intensive interaction .

| I have previously worked as a special needs support assistant for 2 years. I have been working with young people in care for just over two years in a residential setting. I have employed experience working with children from 5-19 years with a wide range of social, emotional, physical, and neurological conditions and disabilities. I absolutely love working with young people, and building supportive bonds. I also Volunteer as a Samaritan's listener currently, and have voluntary experience working as a befriender to adults with learning disabilities and with the Alzheimer's society with elderly people with dementia. In my spare time I enjoy socializing with friends and family, listening to live music, watching beauty videos on YouTube, and going on walks with my dog Lilly.
