I has been an autism practitioner for 13 years & has a vast array of experience & knowledge within this area.i supported people not only with ASD ,in this role, but mental health issues , drug &alcohol dependency too I worked as a senior support worker and more recently a manager of a 6 person supported living service.i have extended knowledge within the positive behavioural area and has most recently completed a Positive behaviour coaches programme, which focuses on the least restrictive way to support someone with challenging behaviour whilst looking at why these behaviours occur and if they can be reduced to improve the person's quality of life.
