| My name is annemarie I’m originally from Ireland I relocated to the north east in September 2023 Before I left Ireland I was working as a childminder/nanny for 2 years and 9 months and i also worked in 2 nurseries for 4 years. I also am qualified in childcare with additional needs and have a certification in childcare and EYFS.

| Hi. I'm Lucy, I'm studying for a bachelors in History, I have lots of experience with child care. I volunteered in Tanzania at an impoverished school where I was in charge of teaching CPR, basic English and sanitation to over 400 children ages 4-15. This summer I am heading back there as the leader of the young children's initiative. Alongside this I have extensive back round checks, which I needed when I volunteered as a museum guide for primary school children in Hackney, again this consisted of looking after children as young as 3. I spent 2018/19 caring for a young child in Durham including cooking, teaching and putting to bed. I also have experience with older children, as I worked as a young leader for my local scouting organization for over 2 years, most of these great kids were around 8 to 13, and very energetic so I'm used to being adaptable and fun but also reasonable! If you so wish I am able to help with either English or history homework as my specialty is essay writing and I hope to teach children later in life, so I welcome any offers for tutoring alongside babysitting. | Hi, I'm looking for babysitting jobs on evenings in Durham. I’m currently studying theology at Durham Uni. I've been babysitting for 6 years. In summer 2015 I worked as a full-time childminder for 2 boys aged 2&4. In the summers of 2016 and 2017 I worked as a full-time nanny for 2 girls aged 6&8. I have CertHE in Children's nursing, and have completed 650 hours of clinical placements in the Evelina London Children's hospital, I have worked with premature new-borns, to teenagers aged 19. I have spent this year on a gap year, during the months in England I worked at a nursery looking after babies and toddlers. I spent December-April in the French alps working for a nannying agency, I spent most of that time looking after my boss’s 2-year-old son and premature new born daughter, I also worked with numerous clients over the peak weeks. After that I went to America from June-September to work at summer camp where I was a bunk counselor in the youngest girl’s unit containing girls aged 6-10. I also have cache level 3 in Childcare and Education. I am a fully trained st johns first aider and have an enhanced DBS check with child barred list on the update Service.

I have my own child, a daughter, born in 2018 so left work in 2019 to look after her. Willing to give further examples and details if necessary. My qualifications : 11 GCSEs (8As 3Cs) 4 A levels (AABB) 2:1 in digital media PGCE in ICT Level 3 cert in understanding Autism Level 2 cert in Looking after children Level 2 cert in Understanding mental health conditions I absolutely adore reading books and bringing literature alive. I've passed that love onto my daughter and would love to pass it onto any child I meet. My philosophy is that all children like reading/being read to and if they don't it's because they haven't found the right book for them yet.
