I am currently working with an amazing SEN specialist school in Stratford that are in the process of opening their 4th location and are currently seeking exceptional learning support and teaching assistants to begin for full-time roles in September. As a company we have a great relationship with the school and its senior leadership team. They are looking for Teaching Assistants with experience of working with children with the following; • Autism • ADHD • PMLD • Personal Care required Pay: £77 - £95 per day Hours: 8:30-4 Monday to Friday - Term time only

All personal carer duties and assist in getting ready for school. Prepare meals and assist in eating and Light household duties. Mainly for Monday-Friday but if needed some weekend work will be available

NANNY for Boy & Girl (6 year old Twins). The family are looking for an aware, energetic and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs Nanny, who can provide fantastic and fun care for their children. The SEN Nanny selected will be able to follow and support therapies and interventions determined by the family and SEN professionals. A genuine passion for working with children and special educational needs is a must. Essential Skills/Traits: - Previous work experience with early/primary years children - Knowledgeable and experienced working with Autistic children - Previous experience working with speech and language delays - Ability to implement and work alongside therapies and interventions provided by specialists e.g Speech and Language therapy, Occupational Therapy - Strong communication skills - Proactivity and Reliability - Physically capable - Switched on with a great sense of awareness - High standard of cleanliness and organisation - A warm, engaging and kind personality Main Duties include: - School pick - up - Preparing afternoon snacks - Cooking and preparing dinner and dinner time routine - Engaging B6 in activities and strategies in line with his key areas for development - Interacting with both children in activities in line with their special interests and areas of development, supporting homework - Bath / Bedtime routine - Light nursery duties such as the children's laundry and preparing school uniforms - Communicating clearly with parents about the children/household The working days and hours: School Term (38 weeks): Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 7:30pm Monday - Friday: 7am-9am (Optional) Holidays & School Closures (14 weeks): Monday - Friday: 8.30am – 6.30pm Rate: £17/hr Start Date: ASAP

My daughter is a bubbly, helpful, loving and caring 15 year old girl who unfortunately was born with Infantile spasms (West Syndrome), global developmental delay, right-sided hemiplegia, microcephaly, ASD, social and communication difficulties, language delay, challenging behavior, right-sided visual defect. Despite all that she had already experienced and had to go through at such very young age, she turned out be gentle and quiet, however, can be stubborn when stressed or anxious in social situations ( for example when someone upsets her at school). My daughter loves walks , reading stories , visiting interesting places and travelling. Also she enjoys watching tv, however, I always put a time set for it. Lastly, it is important that she feels safe and comfortable with the person providing respite care. It is vital for me and my lovely daughter to have someone who understands autism and is still comfortable around people with challenging behavior.
