Adhering to professional standards 7. Delivering reports to Case Managers and reviewing any important changes in the patient’s condition

I've got 13 year old twins with muscular dystrophy. They r tube fed and completely rely on an adult on daily basis. I am looking for passionate carers who are willing to learn tube feeding and understand my twins needs. Full training will be provided. Ideally looking for the following hours Monday to Friday 7.00am - 8.30 15.30 - 18.30 Weekend hours can be negotiated. We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic special needs nanny / carer to work with our 10 year old son. He is a very lively and happy child, despite suffering from profound learning disability due to a neurological condition. The PA will be a part of a team sharing the job with another carer who works thurs & frid evenings and weekends. We currently need support in the morning to get him ready for school 4-5 days a week (Alternate Mondays and Tues-Frid every week) and after school evening care 2-3 days a week. During school half term and holidays there will opportunity to do 8 hours a day morning and evening shifts 2-3 days. Main Duties: During the school term time the role involves Morning shift starting either at 7:30 ending at 9 am and evening shift to start at 4:30 pm and finish at 7:30 (3 hours). During this shift, the PA will be required to undertake personal care, showering (alternate days only), feeding dinner and administering routine medicine. This job will be ideal for a carer who needs a part time role having other commitments during day time such as education or other job.

Shifts will be flexible daytime, evenings and waking nights. All training will be provided - Complete personal care - shower, - tube fed - PEG & JEJ, - full-time wheelchair user - fully hoisted - medications - accompany mum to hospital appointments - waking nights training will be given for Bipap
