| I’m an assistant teacher with nearly 7 years of experience working in national schools, special needs, and international schools abroad; mainly working with primary school kids. | I have been a tutor of EFL for 11 years. In the past 2 years I have expanded into English (for native speakers) and maths tuition. My main job is currently teaching groups of adults Functional Skills in English with 100% pass rate so far. I have a degree in Early Years and Special Needs and Inclusion as well as 3 years experience within primary schools up to 60% planning, teaching and assessment responsibility. I provide and mostly design my own materials unless requested otherwise. I have worked with children as young as 3 and adults preparing for GCSEs and A Levels. My experience includes learners with SEND - mainly SLD such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and ASD, as well as permanently excluded teenage learners. I usually travel to my students within a 10 mile radius but this is negotiable. I am ideally looking for a long-term home schooling contract, but am interested in any other tuition jobs.
