I have a number of years experience working with children with complex needs ranging from epilepsy, autism, autism spectrum disorder and many more. I enjoy watching the children of all different abilities growing and learning interacting. Forming a bond between care giver and child.

I have a strong belief in motivating children to explore the outdoors, to read and be inspired to be inquisitive, active and be challenged by their environment in a safe, fun and supportive manner. I believe in providing fair but consistent boundaries delivered in a warm and caring manner in a way that a child understands. I can be flexible around the requirements of a family, including a willingness work early mornings and late nights or sleep-overs. In addition, I am happy to undertake household duties such as preparing freshly cooked meals.

| I have being a support worker for 2 years supporting children and young adults with autism and various Pan disabilities. I enjoy being able to support an individual to live a better or easier stable life. I love caring for people and getting a smile on their face. I would love to look after any individuals to help and support them and ensure there safety because it’s what I love to do and not does it only put a smile on their face it’s puts one on mine aswell knowing I have made someone feel better about them selfs or help someone towards doing something independently they never thought would ever be possible is the most rewarding thing I have ever experienced.

| 11 years working SEN children in a private home setting and now as a SEN teacher
