| I have over 25 years experience working in the care sector. Ranging from children with special needs. To Adults with learning disabilities. Also mental health & older adults ( dementia ). I am a caring individual who is passionate about his job. Duties carried out. Personal care. Food preparation. Daily & monthly reports. Domestic duties.

| Iv been working in my present job for 19 yrs, I started in education, then went over to the care side then went onto nights as it worked better around my family, I got the best of both worlds working full time and being there for my children whenever I was needed, I have 3 children now in there 20s, all had SALT and glue ear , my oldest son diagnosed autistic finally at 12, my middle son has dyslexia and had processing and retaining information difficulties, and my daughter is a complete mix of them both, and undiagnosed autism and possible adhd, theyve grown up amazing and have excelled what I was told to expect, I work with young people between the age of 7 and 19 some with severe challenging behaviour, autism, adhd, odd, varied different syndromes at a local school in Broadstairs, I absolutely love my job,and love the relationships I have built with the young people in my care, I have regular proact training, level 1-3 of my qcf/nvq and have training in epilepsy and allergies, I'm also trained in medication, I'm very bubbly, very smiley, easily approachable and very easy going, I'm looking to work part time hours and am very flexible,

| Hi I’m Deanna I’m 22 years old I am a mum I have a little boy who is two years old he was a prem baby he was born at 26 weeks so I know hands-on well how development can be a little bit later than other children that age also I have friends who also have from the babies and children who have development a bit later than others who I have looked after When my son was in hospital we was given first-aid training before we left I don’t have a certificate though

| I am a capable person, I grew up with 2 downsyndrome brothers and another who was on the autistic spectrum. I worked with adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy, dementia and MS. I have some certificates from my previous job. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

| I have worked at a specialist school for the past 3 years as well as being a personal assistant for children with a variety of needs. I have experience working with children with ASD, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, RETTS syndrome, down syndrome and other conditions. I enjoy supporting individuals to be as independent as possible and to enjoy themselves.

| I love working and helping with children of all abilities to achieve their very best. I have a Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification. I currently work as a Meal Time Supervisor which involves serving food and supervising children at a Primary school I also occasionally look after my cousin if I am asked too.
