Elderly Care in Horsham

| I have previously worked as a home help with age UK looking after the elderly in their homes I have 15 years experience as cleaner! Cleaning people’s home from young to old!

| We are a CQC registered HomeCare Agency serving Horsham, Crawley, SouthWater, Billingshurst and other areas within West Sussex. We are based in Horsham. We have a team of Carers that are well experienced in Care and support. We go along way to train and motivate our staff and in the process we trust them to provide the best care possible to our clients. Initially we will do as free assessment and introduce you to the carer before we enter an agreement.

I have also experience with a cancer patient and a stroke patient. I don’t drive so would only be able to work in the Horsham area . I will go the extra mile with any requirements.

| Hi I’m Megan, I’m 24 and a self employed beauty therapist. I do however have a 28 year old brother who has cerebral palsy who I help out with on a daily basis for all his needs. I also have a 73 year old grandmother who I see every week and help out for her odd needs.

| I began my career in Health and social care in 2016 as a Support Worker for Sussex Healthcare . In 2016 i lost my Mum to Stroke and the experience motivated me to provide care to those that need support because i know one day i may need it myself. I gained a wide range of experience, working with individuals with complex and challenging needs, learning disabilities and mental health and used my time there to study for a Level 3 Health and Social Care diploma. In June 2021 I decided I wanted to go self employed and provide support to vulnerable adults living in and around West Sussex. I am highly trained and experienced as a community support worker and always strive to give individuals the empowerment and guiding hand to live a happy and fulfilled life. I love working with clients, their families and multi-disciplinary teams to support and rehabilitate individuals. I am very hard working and love to continually learn and gain new skills and increase my knowledge. I enjoy working closely with clients, other professionals and families to support the individual’s needs. Being a Father to three children I am very organized, patient and a good communicator and listener!

| NVQ 2 & 3 Health & Social Care . I worked at West county council Day centres for the elderly from #### - #### as a support worker & then a Care officer, running the day to day day centre. I’ve done private Care for the last 3 years for a lady with Dementia. I’ve done home care .
