Childcare in Solihull

| Working in childcare has always been a passion and key interest of mine. One of my motivations to go into teaching is to provide those I care for with the best opportunities and outcomes. I believe everyone has the chance to achieve anything and therefore try to remove the I can’t attitude. In school I was told I wouldn’t achieve much and this motivated me to prove those people wrong since then I have left school with GCSEs as a pass, a level 3 in childcare at AAA*, a degree in childhood studies, culture and education achieving a 2.2 and recently began my career in teaching as a qualified primary teacher. I have over ten years experience working in nurseries where I have held roles in before and after school clubs, a holiday club practitioner and mostly experience with baby rooms and under twos. Where I have been a room leader, curriculum leader and key person holding responsibility on the planning, behaviour, routines and responsibilities. In 2019 I began my journey in teaching completing my pgce in 2020 for primary. I have taught in nursery classes, reception, key stage one and year three. Most recently I have just spent a term teaching the most amazing class in a special needs setting.

| I have been raising my children for the past 14 years, I absolutely love doing this. I haven’t took a childcare course but feel i’m very well experienced with having 6 children. I have one baby still at home she’s 15 months old and all my others are at school full time. I can do nursery pickups and drop offs lunch afternoon naps. And help in evenings if needed.

I have a level 3 qualification in Childcare and have experience working with children in both a relaxed setting and a formal setting from age newborn to teenager age. I have worked at a private nursery for just over 3 years and I have now completed my Level 3 in childcare I have worked with babies up to pre school age so I have a lot of expierence with a vary of ages! I am also a Qualified junior dance teacher where I teach at after school clubs ages 5-11 and evening classs 12+! Enthusiastic and reliable! Available times - Monday evening, Tuesday morning&wednesday morning until 1pm, Thursday evening, Friday morning until 1pm / Friday evening and any time Saturday and Sunday!
