Childcare in Huntingdon

| Hi, I'm Marianne, an Ofsted registered and experienced childminder and babysitter. As a childminder I provide care in my home in Hinchingbrooke, Huntingdon where I live with my husband and 2 boys aged 8 and 16, our family pet spaniel dog and one cat. I have childcare level 3 qualifications and am dbs checked and first aid trained. We love to visit local attractions and live next to the beautiful country park where we spend a lot of time. I can provide care during the week and at weekends and also provide overnight care. I also provide a babysitting service in the child's home. Fees are: Childminding - £5.00 per hour. Babysitting - £10.00 per hour.

I am an Ofsted registered nanny with paediatric 1st aid training with 1 years experience in the role. I first began working in childcare as an au pair working for a family in London looking after their 2 children aged 3 and 6. I was responsible for getting the children up in the morning, giving them their breakfast and lunch and making sure they were happy and entertained during the day until their mother returned from work in the evening. I finished there in 1985 as the family were moving house to another area. I then joined another family in the Palmers Green area of London and began looking after their 3 children aged 6 months, 3 and 5 carrying out similar duties to those described above. I enjoyed my job as an au-pair but then moved into other sectors until 1996 when I gave up work to become a full time mother to my 2 boys. I went back to work in 2006 working as a Teaching Assistant in both primary and secondary education, mostly with special needs children with conditions such as dyslexia and autism. I have always looked to be working with children as it gives me a great sense of fulfilment helping them to grow and progress as individuals whilst having fun at the same time.

I also looked after the children at their home environment. Since 5 years I am working at the nursery with children aged 2-4 and for 5 years I was a teacher in the Polish school so I have an experience with children aged 5-8. I have 2 children: 7 years old girl and 7 months old boy. I love to attend play groups and other activities for children. My first language is Polish and I have advanced English in speaking, listening, reading and writing.

| I am Vic (Belgium), 24 & married. We've a cat & a puppy, I'm definitely quite comfortable with animals. I've been raised with a brother & a sister when she was born I was 7 yo. At 15, I've regularly some babysitting. At 18 I've started a degree as a teacher (nursery school), I've unfortunately stopped (money). I've started an other degree as tutor for children with special needs and worked with them in summer camps, I was the monitor of a group of 10 girls. I have been the teacher assistant in a music school. 2 years ago, I've met my husband and moved to the UK, I 've spent the last year to work as an aupair in London for toddlers ####-#### (morning-evening routine, activities during the day, walk, play date, etc).
