Hi there! My name is Celia, and I am passionate about helping children to grow, and have fun!
|
As a university student, I work as a relief playworker at a local primary school during term-time, where I organise and run activities for children with and without complex additional needs. I thoroughly enjoy my job, and have found the personal connections I have forged with each child under my care particularly fulfilling and meaningful. For my formal training, I have completed the 'Prevent Awareness' course provided by HM Government, the 'Safeguarding Children' course provided by my local council, and training provided by the charity I work for on 'Behaviour Management and Emotional Regulation'. I have also done babysitting jobs here and there with various families, where I have looked after 4/5 kids at a time. During the summer break, I wish to continue to look after children as I find it the most gratifying and enjoyable job out there! Don't hesitate to get in touch with me with any questions you might have, and I look forward to working with you and your children!
