Client is a 74 year old female with advanced vascular dementia who is now bedridden and doubly incontinent. She has long term 24 hour live in carer but we now need additional care support. This additional support is taking the form of - Mornings - 1 hour - change of pads and wash - Afternoons - 1 or 2 hours - to allow the live in carer a rest break, feeding / water intake for patient and for change of pads. These are the requirements over 7days. Whether one person can do all or some of these days we are open. Please let me know if you potentially able to help and we can arrange to talk further.
