Charley is a 21 year old lively lady with a funny and sensitive character. Born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, Charley can walk with assistance and has an electric scooter for going out. Charley is mentally aged 5, hyper sensitive to energy and her surroundings with a sharpness and cheekines for fun and laughter. Emotions are fully expressed as she cannot control them. Charley requires friendly and calm support with preparing food, going out to her Conductive Education therapy, day centres and verbal prompting due to getting distracted easily Charley loves people, so she is vulnerable as she chats and hugs everyone! Due to her age, Charley responds best to young Carers with a relaxed attitude Charley is vegan and lactose intolerant

The role is to support our son in our home. He has 2-1 carers at all times. He needs full personal care, medication given, meal preparation and help to do activities and access the community. He loves music, art, cooking, walking and going for pub lunches. He also has a severe visual impairment and complex mental health needs that are managed well

General support required every weekend Sunday (11.00 am to 13.00) Rate is £12.60 per hour Transportation Companionship meal preparation

PA or self-employed PA to provide support to a young man, who attends full-time education at an SEN college. He has cerebral palsy, uses a power wheelchair, and requires hoisting.

Providing transport and general support to 2 Adults to enable them to enjoy life in the community and engage with any activity or leisure pursuits required Total hrs for the weekend is 10 hrs which will be split to 5 hrs on Saturday and Sunday. Additional Mileage will be paid. Rate of pay £ 12.60 per hour Requirements: relevant experience, DBS clearance, good references and own transport

Taking the client out to the sport centre or any other places of interest within the community so that Client can socialise with other members of the community Total hrs is 5 hrs for the weekend ie 2.5 hrs per day ie Saturday and Sunday additional mileage will be paid Rate is £12.60 per hour

£20 a hour for self employed. Carers required to build up a team to support my fun, lively 16 year old in the family home. He has Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and Type 1 diabetes. He likes DVDs, music and short walks. A sense of humour, resilience and patient required. Training can be provided for diabetes. Spaces for Thursday and Friday all day.

Looking for a reliable, kind, patient and fun individual to regularly take my ten year old out during term time every weekend for 4 hours and at least twice a week for the day during the school holidays. She has global delay and adhd but no physical disabilities. Will need to have own car, business insurance and happy to accept direct payments. Knowledge of adhd and how to handle meltdowns appropriately is a must
