Hi, I am a doctor and now mum of a little boy who will be 9 months old when I go back to work in August 2016 and my neighbour is a Nurse and is going back to work October 2016 when her son will also be 9 months old. We are looking for a nanny to share for a total of a 40 hour week.

I am 29 and married to another doctor, 33, so our working week can be variable and hectic as it is shift work with stretches of long hours. My neighbour and her husband are in their early 30's and her husband is a consultant, working from home and Reading, and they have a dog who is very well behaved and does not require much looking after- just the occasional walk with the boys!

We are all busy outdoor loving people who have a positive attitude to life and love being with our sons.

We are looking for a full time flexible live out nanny share from August 2016- we would work out rotas on a four monthly basis, due to our shift work hours per day will be variable.

We, obviously want to spend as much time with our little boys as possible when we are not at work, but our working hours can be long so they need a fun and energetic nanny who can provide lots of love whilst being reliable.

We live in a lovely area with a garden and huge outdoor common on the doorstep (no need to have to keep getting in and out of the car!) and would love our little boys to be outside, and busy being creative as well as having downtime. They would go to some classes which we would like to keep up at the time, but due to their ages would not need much more than the outdoors around them and their home comforts.

Essential:

Flexible and reliable.

Not smoking.

Favourable:

Experience with potty training.
Any Montessori/ Pickler type knowledge would also be great.
Being able to ride a bike ( we have a babboe!).
