Support Worker. Hours:10 hours per week
Days:Weds & Saturday (times are flexible for right candidate 3 hour slots) (also phone support during the week). Start Date: 6th July 2016. Location: Apsley.
Rate of pay: £10ph direct payments for 7 hours / £10ph access to work payments for 2 hours. Duties: Assist with all paperwork, bills, benefits. Assist in supporting communications between services such as HCC, Doctors etc. Assist with communication in the workplace. To act as a communicator with workplace managers. To assist in transport to get to and from work. To support via telephone, text and email with all work matters. To support with any practical support she’s needs in the workplace.

Please note that you must have asperger's experience, and be a driver with own car.

Interviews held with social worker and client and there will be a handover from current support worker.
