| Respectful approach to supporting the most vulnerable indivduals with complex needs, learning difficulties and challenging behaviours, focusing on supporting clients in their own accommodation to maintain tenancies and achieve individual goals. I use a person centred approach, strength-based supporting clients to create long term independence and maximising connectivity within the local community. I support vulnerable people to achieve their wellbeing, make positive changes in their lives by using my passion, commitment, enthusiasm and vision to enable, help and transform my service users and their lives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the most amazing people in our community, it puts a smile on my face knowing I am helping a human being transform their lives with my help and dedication. Working with drugs and alcohol abuse, brain injury and domestic violence are some of my specialities.
