The important act of caring deeply has always been the value at the forefront of any interaction with anyone in my life. I have been involved in care my whole life, working in a range of settings, from assisted living and live-in care, to providing care to a range of different clients within their own homes. I am also a qualified personal trainer specializing in working with older adults, and I bring this to my care work to help my clients become fitter and more active in whatever way is feasible/desirable for them. My goal is to always be diligently and dedicatedly client-focused.
