| I am a single, 30 year old female with a and a vocation for caring for children and young adults. I currently work for the NHS in an admin role but i have experience in care and voluntary work with children with terminal illnesses and special needs. This volunteering includes an orphanage in South Africa and a children's hospice in the USA. I am warm hearted, empathetic and hard working.

| I first discovered my interest and my willingness to support children both with and without additional needs when I attended my first placement at college 2 years ago. Although I was nervous, I quickly realized it was my future career aspiration. I have previously worked for disability challengers and as a 1:1 carer for a young lady with additional needs. I have worked in nurseries and my current role is Behaviour Support for schools in the county. I am considering a change of role in order to support my family more and to give me a closer, personalised job role working solely with one family. I do have a full driver's license and DBS certificates. I hold an up to date paediatric first aid certificate.

| Hi, I am currently looking for care work, any hours or days considered, I am not working at present as my baby is 8months old but I am know looking to go back to work ASAP! I have spent the last 20years caring for my eldest son who has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, he now has a full time care package and is living independently so it’s time for me to do something for myself! I know how invaluable finding the right care is and I am especially interested in complex care needs, over the years I have gained a lot of experience with medication, peg feeding, ventilation, suction, manual handling and various other bits of equipment, I am a confident person and am keen to learn more about other conditions. My son has taught me so much over the years, I feel it’s time I gave something back and would love to help others, I have volunteered for a charity over the years , giving care and respite to families in need and thoroughly enjoyed it.

| Hello, my name is Kayleigh. I'm 27 years old and have been a support worker/ carer for around 7-8 years now.
