| I have been able to acquire practical skills and hands on experience in the care industry for over ten years. I am versatile and can adapt these acquired skill to meet the needs of individuals I support in person-centred way. I a m presently working to complete my Health and Social Care Level 5 qualification.

| I am a care worker with 3years experience, I have skills on difference health care courses such as:- safeguarding adult and children, health and safety for social and health workers, manual handling and risk assessment, fire safety, food hygiene, infection control, first aids, medication practice. I aquire all these skills with certificate certified by CPD on care workers courses. I have experience of making difference to someone's quality of life, supporting them to remain living in their own various home independently. I have the ability to translate empathic feelings into action (desire to alleviate suffering) compassion. I am optimism, I always expect a favourable or positive outcome in everything I do as a career. I am Confidence and sure of my abilities and skills as a career to give the best as expected of me to do. I am very methodical and efficient in arrangements (organization). I always being passionate about my job , and passionate about the care I provide and the needs of the people I do care for. And I am very empathy and patience, always been positive and encouraging my client's. | After taking early retirement from a stressful job where I worked for 31 years I find myself looking to fill some of my days getting back out there mixing & helping ######.## two children are grown up & my Grandson is on the Autism development spectrum.

| I have a lot of experience working with people with special needs. I currently work in a primary school for children with special needs. I previously worked in a day service for Adults with disabilities and previously worked in a dementia specialist care home and have always had a job where I have worked with children or Adults. I also volunteered in Thailand working with children teaching them English and working in a centre which provided care and a safe place for Adults with disabilities.
