| I'm a very sociable, hard working and friendly person and I enjoy working with animals. At home in Edinburgh I lived with cats all my life and my golden retriever Max is coming up for 6 years old. Now I study in Glasgow I really do miss the furry company and it would be lovely to spend some time with some animals. In the summer I volunteered at a vegan animal sanctuary that housed 350 dogs and 150 cats. I was personally responsible for looking after around 80 dogs although I worked with almost all the animals and lived on site. Cleaning, feeding & behaviour management were the main roles and I also assisted with providing treatment for two of the cats that had kidney failure. It was a lot of hard work but was a really rewarding experience.
