Joanne was fabulous, we needed a dogsitter to visit alwickmcastle as dogs are not allowed. Joanne replied to my request really quickly and went out of her way to accomodate us. She came and spent some time with Rex at our holiday let To get to know him and then took him home so we would not be on a time restriction for collecting him. Rex warmed to her immeadiately she is obvious a true animal lover, I would have no hesitation in recommending her and will definitely be in touch if we return to the area."
