| I have work d as a healthcare assistant all my professional life. I have worked both nights and day. There is nothing I haven't seen I have experience in nursing, end of life care,nutrition help, companionship, mobility help the list goes on.

| My name is Norbert I have experience in elderly care more than 5 years. I worked in Care Homes and also visited elderly in their own homes. I saw many different people with different needs I know what is person centre care and I always give my best to achieve the best care to the person who I am looking after. I have kind and patience personality I like to chat about everything I have big knowledge about history and sport so those are my favourite topics.

| I have experience of looking after the elderly in both hospital settings and within the home through my job in the ambulance service and with members of my own family. I am confident in supporting with medications, offering companionship, running errands, helping to mobilise, taking out to appointments/shops and washing if required. I work full time so this would be on an occasional basis only and not on a regular basis. For instance, one off appointments or sickness of usual carer.

I currently work for RNIB - Royal National Institute for the Blind which is providing support with visual impairment. I support my Boss who also have visual impairment. | I am a mature lady with two adult independent children. My life roles have recently been PA, family helper, housekeeper and care assistant to private families over the years. With each position I have become a trusted part of the family and friend. My long standing has meant that my position has come to a close due to end of life and circumstances of family dynamics. My experience and maturity has afforded me easy rappor with households and family life. I am considered to be a kind and caring person who can adapt easily to situations and assume my role without being too forward. I have a high ethos of respect and trust for others and expect the same from others both in my profession and personal life. I would like to continue to be of help to a family in need, albeit one or two days a week at the moment.
