| I have worked in the care industry for over 10 years. Most of this has been spent in the community working with the elderly. I started out as a care assistant working my way up to deputy manager. I also spent a year as a personal assistant in complex care to a person with a spinal injury.I have a level 3 diploma in health and social care and currently doing my level 5. | I have worked in the care sector for 19 years, this has ranged from supporting the elderly in the their own homes to supporting adults and children with learning difficulties and brain injury. I offer personal care of various levels. I am a qualified teacher of health and social care, I did this for a year before returning to the care industry. I also offer a cleaning service and I can support to take the person out shopping which gives the person I'm supporting more independence. I love getting people out and about who would usually struggle with this. I also have a wheel chair that is easy to get in and out of my car and can be used to take someone out.

| I have been in community care for a number of years now, normally caring on a one to one basis, I have NVQ level 2 and currently pursuing the next level of qualification. I am also a qualified hairdresser, which was my previous career for many years though I have done many jobs over 30 years, painter and decorator, hairdressing, cooking, to name but a few. This is not to say that I don't commit to any individual job, just that I like to have more than one string to my bow. I am a dedicated person in what ever I do.

| I have worked in care since I left school at sixteen, I have worked in small residential homes, big nursing homes, out in the community and most recently on the trauma ward at the royal Cornwall hospital for five years. I have loved working as part of a tan but I’m also really confident about working alone at I’ve done that a lot over the years too.
