| Hi, I am a mature, experienced lady living close to Sleaford and offering care and support in the home depending on your needs. I have an enhanced DBS and a care certificate from Health Education England gained in December 2016 and have since worked as a support worker for people with learning disabilities living in the community. I am fully insured to provide personal care - bathing / dressing, administering prescribed/non-prescribed medications, all household tasks, support to see GP, transport to hospital or simply companionship support. I have over 12 months experience doing all of the above but have over 40 years experience of working in a variety of roles. I am self employed and have a range of prices from £10 depending on the service you need.

As well as providing care, support and advice for individuals with Dementia, I provide Companionship services and Personal care. Duties include, Prompting and monitoring medication. Help with meal preparation and nutrition. Maintaining hobbies, interests, independance and encouraging daily activities. Cleaning and Laundry. Dressing guidance to help a client feel good about their appearance. Bathing. Toileting and catheter care. Oral Hygiene. Help with transferring, positioning and mobility. I have a level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
