| I have 12 years experience. I have worked in the community for the last 8 years. I have my nvq have also done extensive trying in dementia. I have a full clean driving licence have had 12 months off on maternity leave now my son is with a child minder i am looking to return to work 20-25 hours per week. I am self employed.

I provide personal care, meal prep, medication prompting, social calls etc. I hold nvq3, care certificate, up to date moving and handling certificate have dbs and liabilty insurance.

I have worked in care work for 10+ years starting as a care assistant building myself up to a care coordinator where I was to provide a good quality of care to clients in the community totalling 1600 hours of care where I covered lots of different types of care from companion ship to full 24/7 care, I have worked closely with clients with dementia.

| I am a non-smoking female 59 years old and currently care for a gent with Parkinson's desease...however this is part-time so looking to supplement my income. I also cared for my father who has vascular and Kosecoff's dementia. My experience includes personal care ie: personal hygiene, incontinence, washing dressing. Social activities, companionship, shopping, housework, laundry, pet care. I have previously held a DBS check, I am totally trustworthy and reliable.

I have worked with the elderly for 3 years. I have been on many courses including moving and handling, dementia, Alzheimer's, health and safety, food, eye drops and many more. I work well alone and within a team. I worked with the elderly in their own home - bathing, cooking, food prep and assisting the elderly with whatever they need help with.
