| I have worked for 20 years above as a practitioner carer I have the NVQ 2 I have been trained with health and safety qualification First Aid qualifications I'm trained in risk assessments and budgeting a household I have work the last 10 years with McIntyre a household of 6 adults with epilepsy and autism and special needs I was involved in running the house budgeting shopping medication personal care cooking caring and social needs and have done palliative care I am also trained in moving and handling risk assessments care plan handling and lifting medication dementia and Alzheimer's trained if needed and have worked with other professional people such as social workers doctors nurses
