Tracy is amazing. From the moment we met her I felt confident in her knowledge and understanding. She asked me such pertinent questions about my Mum that I knew Mum would be in safe hands. Seeing her with Mum confirmed this. She is patient, understanding, encouraging of Mum’s choices and most importantly, talks to her as an equal. After her visit to Mum alone, Mum was happy, enjoyed her company and told me that Tracy had done a great job and could definitely go back again. Given that Mum was very reluctant to have a carer, this was so wonderful. Thank you Tracy
