Living with or convalescing from an enduring physical or mental health condition or diagnosis can be frightening, frustrating and even soul destroying. It can begin to feel like there is no point to life, and no hope. Motivation, confidence and self-esteem often become low or cease to exist. Using my considerable experience, training and knowledge along with coaching and practical techniques we can work together and recover lost, claim new or maintain present skills and abilities, achieving maximum independence and your preferred lifestyle. I’m very versatile and can work in different environments including home, supported living projects and the community. I have an adapted vehicle for safe and convenient carriage of wheelchair users.
