Miglena has been one of mum's main carers over the last 4 years. Initially, Miglena was providing transport to the day centre and for social visits to family. All noted how caring she was towards mum. Within a few months, Miglena took on more care responsibilities including personal care, shopping and exercising mum. She is very reliable, has strong communication skills, and is diligent. We regard her as one of the family in terms of how she looks after mum. Recommend her highly.
