About Michaela

25 years old Speaks English Spanish
Recently I began to pursue a career in the care working industry, I started working at CRG Homecare in Rotherham and the company assigned me a mentor which was a more experienced colleague they called this 'shadowing' which taught me the basics of how to care for the service users, it mostly involved observing other employees and the people I am caring for. This helped me to get an understanding of how to plan and manage my time, to communicate well with clients and all in all set out my work and do the job well. Furthermore I began working independently and was happy about my job, I feel I am a strong participant in the care industry and am confident with the support I can bring to service users in order to keep them happy and make sure I am on time. I did this for about three months but evidence shows the company were not paying me what they should have so am leaving and I am currently looking for more care worker vacancies. Also I hold a full DBS.
Willing to care for sick children

Due to ongoing knee problems. Michaela help me with shopping in Asda. As I am on crutches and can't walk I hd to HV a ride in the wheelchair. I found michaela to be kind caring with a heart of gold. Michaela was also on time and polite and patient and reasured me it's ok to get in the wheelchair. I also suffer from asthma and michaela helped me with that as well. To summarize this review I would definitely recommend michaela as michaela is a credit to family friends patients and most of all herself. Thank you so much for helping me and be arranging more care soon.
