I am a newly qualified teacher who has spent the past 8 months working solely in an SEN school. I have dealt with a range of complex needs and take it upon myself to educate myself on the children's particular needs to ensure i provide the best care. I work extremely hard to develop positive nurturing relationships with all the children i care to allow them to achieve the best they possibly can. I believe that being in a practical, engaging, fun and sensory environment allows every child to have fun and learn crucial life skills particularly if they are sharing this experience with someone who wants the best for them.
