I don't remember myself living without pets my whole life. I grew up with dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits etc. I owned myself 2 dogs before I moved to UK as well but while I was living with my family we always had pets. I'm also a nanny and with the most families I've worked with they owned cats and because I was a live in nanny and was living in the house together with the children a priority was also to look after the cats, feed them, change their sand and take care of them in general.
