I have been working in Health & Social care for over 20 years, I am passionate about care, being able to offer my service as a live in carer to enable you or your loved one to live at home safely & happily. Respite carer for short periods of 1 - 2 weeks at any time or 2 weeks when required . Due to overwhelming demand for live in care services, I have been able to fulfil my aims & dreams, for me to be able to assist someone to achieve their wishes & dreams. I have lots of experience in most areas of the health & social care industry, this includes the care certificate,“on the job training” Also e-learning courses to include Dementia, Mental Capacity, Medication & End of life care, I enjoy & embrace any continued professional Development. In my years as a Carer, Senior Carer & Care Manager, I have achieved my NVQ's 2, 3, 4 & a diploma in Leadership & Management all in Social Care, working as a Registered CQC Manager with a country wide Domiciliary Care company, working professionally achieving all standards of care.
