I have experience in the care and support field for over 30 years. I have a very nurturing and caring nature and enjoy caring and supporting others to live their lives to the fullest the best way they can. I am calm, patient, kind, and an easy going person. I am a team player and i generally get along with everyone i come into contact with due to my friendly approach. I understand everyone is different and has different requirements and needs and i would try my utmost best to make sure the individuals in my care are given the choices and dignity to live as comfortable as possible. I would make a great asset to whoever was in my care and i would make a difference to their lives.
