I left spain and came back to help my mother look after my gran who lives with Dementia . I was lucky enough to appy for a job within the NHS was offered a post as care assistant in cardiology , in this job I would wash and dress patients , assist with meals take out canulas , I would assist the nurse on shift also dealing with admissions..I have worked in various healthcare enviroments
