Perfect PA Care Team are a owned by two ex-Directors who have worked and managed one of the UK's largest franchises in Home-care. Both Directors started Perfect PA Care with one thought in mind, to be small, manageable and provide a person centered service that is unique and custom made to all of our beloved service users. All of our team have at least an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and undergo a strict recruitment process inclusive of x2 references, employment checks, criminal record checks and 7 days induction training inclusive of Manual Handling Theory and Practical. Both Directors hold an NVQ Management level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care. Perfect PA Care Team have both Male and Female service users who are trained to deliver the best quality care to you or your loved ones.
