l am a Registered Staff Nurse, with more than 20 years experience in healthcare sector. l have provided care to patients with different health needs, eg dementia, fragility, surgical, palliative, spinal, stroke, diabetics to mention a few. l am a hard worker, and works very hard in order to achieve best, effective, caring and safe care. l am able to do holistic assessment and do risk assessments together with person centred care. This will be done involving the service user and relatives involved in the care of that service user. References and qualifications are available on request and an uptodate DBS certificate. l am available for interview during the day between 9am and 6pm 24/7.
