I am an experienced support worker, well developed skills and experience in health and social care .I have worked with children, adults and eldery with disabilities and complex needs.I have been a support worker since 2002 till now.In that period of time I have worked in nursing and residential homes, also with adults and children with physical and learning disabilities, eg challenging behaviour, autistic, epilepsy, critical care and down's syndromes.I'm flexible and experienced support worker, good communicator, fluent english with good personal skills and also good team player also been capable of using own Intiative.I achieved my NVQ3 in health and social care in 2008, and I am always enthusiastic to learn and undertake new challenges.
