I have some hours to spare in the morning, evening or at weekends and I want to put those extra hours to good use helping clients stay with their families in a homely environment, where they remain in control of their life doing things that matters to them. I am able to build a respectful and professional relationship with clients whilst supporting them to re-gain full independence, continue undertaking activities of daily living (ADLs) and take part in their local community safely despite their circumstances. I have a genuine care for others, good communication skills, reliable and the ability to understand client’s needs in their perspective. I have more than 15 years in the health and social care industry and I have access to car and flexible availability.
