I have got empathy for any patient I get to care for and as many elderly individuals may have physical or cognitive limitations, so I understand what it means to be patient and understanding. I communicate effectively with the elderly and their families. I am familiar with common aging-related conditions like dementia, Alzheimer's disease, mobility issues, and chronic illnesses. Experienced with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and managing medications. Being able to recognize and address the emotional and mental health needs of the elderly, such as loneliness, depression or anxiety. As a caregiver I assess situations, anticipate potential issues, and make sound decisions when handling emergency situations and providing appropriate care. I adjust caregiving approaches and routines to meet the evolving needs of the elderly and I have undergone caregiving training in the UK to crown it up.
