I have worked in care for 10 plus yrs and have learnt a whole range of skills I have worked with children mental health and the elderly I have worked with a lot of dementia i have no problem with personal care but do my best to let each individual keep there independence I’m a true believer of personal centred care and believe each individual is different and I learn along with them. There routine there likes and dislikes I love the job I’m in and it gives me great pride in knowing the care I give
