I have been working in the care sector since 2001 working with the elderly, I have worked in residential, nursing and dementia homes and found all of them very rewarding, looking after people makes me happy and makes me feel like I have achieved something, knowing I have made someone happy whether it's from helping with personal care to keeping them company. During time in the care sector I have completed Nvq 2 & 3 and have attended loads of training courses. Since 2001 I have had small breaks from care work but always gone back due to missing helping people who appreciate it and I can make happy.
