I have an understanding of child development, including physical, social, emotional, and cognitive milestones and this has enabled provide age-appropriate play, learning activities, and care for children of different ages.I communicate effectively with parents and children alike – being sensitive to family dynamics, expressing themselves with clarity and empathy.I am also calm, patient, and flexible to change plans to accommodate the needs of the children.I am also well-organized,also plan activities, and keeping a routine that works for both the children and the employer. I have worked first as a nanny to some families back in Nigeria and also babysitter, or a sitter for my siblings, cousins, or friend's children. This have made me gain practical experience in feeding, bathing, changing diapers, putting children to bed, and managing medical emergencies.
