I have a level 3 in childcare and early years, I have been working in nurseries for 2 years and have experience from college also. I have first aid training, EYFS training and safeguarding training. I have little brothers, the youngest being 2, so have lots of personal time with younger children. One of my brothers is autistic, so I have plenty of experience with children with additional needs.
