My name is Lois and I’ve lived in Leeds since 2014. I’m 31 and I’ve been a qualified Social Worker for 4.5 years. Prior to that I have been a Youth Worker for Leeds City Council and a Support Worker for disabled young adults at St Anne’s Community Services. This was my first experience of having a babysitter for my baby. I was so pleased to have met Lois. She was lovely! She was confident and calm with my son, engaging him with open facial expressions and a welcoming voice. She easily soothed him back to sleep when he woke. Communications and planning were really straightforward and everything went so smoothly. Thank you Lois!
